Our workers compensation program was created to provide a stable program for the long term as a benefit to the industry, which, at times has seen that the availability of Worker's Compensation insurance has become difficult to obtain.

It has been modeled after other successful residential home builders self-insured funds throughout the country. A self-insured fund benefits members by putting profits back into the operation, resulting in lower premiums.

Our product is available to builders, subcontractors, remodelers and suppliers who are members of a local home builders association. In many cases, the savings you'll see from your premiums will more than cover the cost of membership dues. General Liability Coverage

Builders Insurance Association, Inc., A Risk Retention Group, offers a general liability insurance product for residential home builders domiciled in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The program was created, designed and managed by the residential home building industry as a membership benefit. Residential Builders have found general liability insurance less available and more expensive during the past year and the future appears to hold no relief.

Our program will provide the tools needed to minimize losses. Like the workers compensation program, it is available through any licensed insurance agent.
